Shipping & Pick-up Information

Please note, CoolVape has no control over Canada Post. Once your package has been shipped, it is out of our control. We cannot speed up your delivery, change your shipping address, nor can we give refunds for packages that are late until Canada Post has concluded their investigation. 

Please note, CoolVape no longer ships to NWT, Nunavut, Yukon, Quebec & PEI due to regulations.

Disposables and pods are not available for shipping outside Alberta starting Jan 1st 2025.

All orders require a 19+ signature on delivery. This cannot be removed.

We ship Canada wide Expedited & Xpresspost via Canada Post. Shipping cost is what Canada Post charges plus $3.00 for 19+ signature on delivery.

If payment was received after 1:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) then your order will be shipped out the following business day. CoolVape has no control over Canada Post and on occasion they do make mistakes and deliver late.
