Shipping & Pick-up Information

Please note, CoolVape has no control over Canada Post. Once your package has been shipped, it is out of our control. We cannot speed up your delivery, change your shipping address, nor can we give refunds for packages that are late until Canada Post has concluded their investigation. 

CoolVape no longer ships to Quebec & PEI due to regulations.

All orders require a 19+ signature on delivery.

We ship Canada wide (Expedited) via Canada Post.

If payment was received after 1:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) then your order will be shipped out the following business day. CoolVape has no control over Canada Post and on occasion they do make mistakes and deliver late.
