No Warranty (E-Liquids & Hardware)

All eJuice orders are custom filled during the order fulfilment process.  Therefore, once your eJuice order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded even if it has not been picked-up/shipped from our location or received by the customer.

Also, due to the consumable nature of these products and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our location, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed.

All replacement coil heads are hit and misses. Replacement coil heads are all final sale, no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

"Dead on Arrival" below refers to as soon as you get home or as soon as you receive your package and the hardware is not working/defective.

Clearomizers and all other hardware are sensitive and can easily become faulty due to user mistakes or abuse. All hardware are dead on arrival only. Defective hardware must be reported to us (via email) within 24 hours and brought back to us within 48 hours of the purchased time. We will test the defective part(s) and if found defective and not physically damaged we will replace it. There are no refunds, exchanges, or warranties on any of our hardware beyond "dead on arrival".

Shipped orders are dead on arrival only; you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. The hardware must be shipped back to us at your expense. If it is found to be defective we will ship you the replacement part with your next order and refund you your shipping cost equal to our shipping cost to your location, however, if we find it to be not defective we will ship it back to you at your expense (or with your next order) and will not refund you for your shipping cost.

Please be careful, over 95% of all cases being reported as defective hardware are simple user errors (not knowing how to use the hardware).

If you plan to purchase hardware with us please do your research prior to purchasing.

Order Editing and Cancellation

Please verify that your order is complete and correct before submitting the order. Due to our time constraint and goal to provide extremely fast order processing for immediate pick-up/shipping, we cannot edit orders once they have been submitted. This is to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

If you'd like to add to your order, simply submit another order and let us know to combine the orders. Orders that have already been package for shipping cannot be added to.

Incorrect Orders

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.  We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.

Scheduled Pick-ups

Coolvape.ca reserve the right to refuse future service to anyone that has schedule a pick-up with us, but does not show up and fail to notify us before the schedule pick-up time.

All orders older than 6 days that have not been scheduled or paid for will automatically be cancelled by our eCommerce system.
